• Question: I (totally respectively) disagree. I agree that Lana will be forgotten within a year, but, but, but, I think one of the points of a periodical (especially a major one) is to put someone on the cover that represents that specific period of time that the issue is coming out. Putting Lana Del Rey on the cover of UK Vogue wouldn't make sense 6 months ago and it probably won't make sense in another 6. That being said, Mulberry making a bag dedicated to Lana is absurd and dumb and the biggest lol - michellelynking

    Haha! Hey, I totally see what you’re saying. It definitely will represent this moment in time. I guess I just am always cautious of things like that. For example, I’m still bitter the Oscars nominated Gabourey Sidibe for her performance in Precious. In ten years, I am worried we’ll look back on stuff like this and be like… wut. Not that Lana and Gabourey are exactly comparable.
