Whitney Houston was not famous “for going into rehab,” she was famous because she was ONE OF THE GREATEST POP STARS TO HAVE EVER LIVED. SHE STILL HOLDS THE RECORD FOR MOST CONSECUTIVE NUMBER ONE SINGLES. Shut the ever-loving FUCK up about this. OF COURSE we’re going to televise Whitney Houston’s funeral. SHE’S WHITNEY FUCKING HOUSTON. I’m sure Lt. Michael Murphy (I performed my own spell check because I highly doubt his name is “Micheal Muphy” similar to how it’s not “Witney” Houston) was a wonderful man, and I am forever grateful to him for serving our country. I would never downgrade that. But his name was not known by millions, hence why Whitney’s death is “world wide news.” You may not care, but I promise you millions of people do.
